Which CRM is recommended?

Does the IDR 2M include the CRM subscription?

My website was built by another vendor, can it be integrated?

Generally yes, depending on how the existing website forms are built. We check the condition first. If the form doesn't allow a clean integration, sometimes the form needs to be rebuilt as part of the work.

Are my old leads also moved to the CRM?

The integration handles new leads coming in after setup. To move old leads from a spreadsheet/email into the CRM, that can be done as a separate data migration job if you need it.

How do I know the integration is working?
