Business email is outside the master tier scope unless written into the proposal. Account setup, migration, user count, storage, and provider licence fees are quoted as an add-on based on the requirement; third-party costs are confirmed before work starts.

Choose the extension based on name availability, audience, and administrative needs. The master domain-renewal estimate is IDR 200–300k/year; the actual amount depends on the extension, registrar, and exchange rate and is confirmed before purchase or renewal.

Grace, redemption, deletion, and restoration costs follow the registrar and registry rules in force at that time. Hosting backups, reminders, and recovery assistance only apply when written into the project service; we do not guarantee an archive, restoration period, or continued domain availability after expiry.

At IDR 299k, the Landing Page tier provides one landing page with up to 5 sections for one conversion goal, including first-year domain and hosting according to scope, SSL, responsive design, in-scope design-phase revisions, and maintenance within the Terms & Conditions limits. A blog, multiple pages, payment integration, CMS, and dedicated SEO setup are not included.
