// pricing & payment

Pricing & Payment

What's the cheapest website Webiti can build?

Starting at IDR 299k for a landing page — and that's not a trial or promo rate, it's the real price that applies every single day of the year. It already includes a domain (.com or .id), first-year hosting on Vercel infrastructure, an automatic SSL certificate, unlimited revisions during the design phase, and lifetime maintenance for text updates, photos, or minor bug fixes. Compare that to marketplace vendors who often advertise IDR 300-400k but exclude domain/hosting and offer no ongoing maintenance — you end up spending more in the end. It's a great fit for coffee shops, freelancers, tax consultants, or small-business owners who want a professional presence on Google without the hassle. Want a breakdown tailored to your business? Free consultation on WhatsApp — we reply within 1-2 business hours.

Do you offer installments?

Our standard payment structure: a 50% deposit upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% before the website goes live. For the Custom tier at IDR 1M and up, we can arrange a 3-installment schedule (30% deposit, 40% mid-project once the design is approved, 30% before launch) to ease your cashflow. We don't offer credit-card or paylater installments — we deliberately avoid them so your price stays transparent without hidden interest. Transfer to a BCA, Mandiri, or BSI account under the name Webiti. For corporate clients, we can invoice through our registered company with a formal invoice. Want to discuss a payment schedule that works for you? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll set something flexible that fits your business reality.

Will I be charged 11% VAT?

For personal clients, freelancers, or non-VAT-registered small businesses: there's no VAT — the price listed on the website is the final price you pay. For corporate clients who need a tax invoice (usually a PT or CV that's already VAT-registered), an additional 11% VAT is applied on top of the listed price, per Indonesian tax regulations. We have a registered company that can issue a valid tax invoice and a formal invoice for bookkeeping or expense-claim purposes. If your company needs extra documents like a partner tax ID (NPWP), a work order (SPK), or a formal PO, just mention it during the brief. The majority of our clients are non-VAT-registered, so this VAT isn't relevant, but we spell it out so there are no surprises at the end.

How do refunds work if I'm not satisfied?

We have a first-14-days guarantee: if, after the initial design is done, you feel the creative direction doesn't match your business vision, you get a 100% deposit refund, no drama. After 14 days and once you've approved the design direction, refunds become pro-rated based on the progress already done (e.g. if it's 60% finished, you get a 40% refund). Many other vendors won't give any refund at all once the deposit is in, so we created this policy on purpose so you never feel trapped. What rarely happens: out of hundreds of projects, full refunds have only happened in a handful of cases because we set expectations from the start. Discuss any doubts before the deposit on WhatsApp — we'll give you an honest assessment of whether the tier you want is really the right fit.

// timeline & process

Timeline & Process

How long does it take to build a website?

Our standard estimates: Landing Page 3-7 business days, Company Profile 2-3 weeks, Profile + Blog 3-5 weeks, and Custom 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. Important: day one is counted from when the complete brief is received (logo, copy, photos, references), not from first contact or the day the deposit lands. Many projects in this industry drag on because of half-baked briefs, so we're deliberately transparent about this. If you respond to revisions late along the way (say, more than 3 days), the timeline auto-extends to match the delay. For example, a pesantren in Jombang we worked on finished in 9 days because the activity photos were complete from the start. Want a firm timeline for your project? Send us an initial brief on WhatsApp and we'll reply with a realistic estimate within 24 hours — not empty promises.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited during the design phase — this isn't marketing fluff; our clients have revised 8-10 times until the final layout truly felt right. Once the final design is approved and we move into coding, major changes like swapping the entire layout, restructuring the pages, or changing the visual concept count as new scope and get a separate quote because they require refactoring the code. But minor changes like editing text, swapping photos, adjusting colors, or updating contact details stay unlimited and free forever — including after the website launches. Many other vendors cap you at 2-3 revisions then charge per extra revision; we chose the unlimited model because revision is a normal part of the creative process, not a punishment. Want a revision now? Just send a screenshot + notes on WhatsApp.

I don't have a detailed brief — is that okay?

Absolutely, and this is actually the most common case among our small-business clients. Just tell us four basics: your type of business (coffee shop, AC repair service, consultant, etc.), your target audience (age, location, spending power), the website's main goal (sell products, business profile, collect leads via WhatsApp), and 2-3 reference websites whose look you like. Our team handles the rest, helping crystallize it through a few focused questions in a WhatsApp session or a 30-minute call. Even for clients who only have product photos and a business name, we can usually pull together a workable brief in 1-2 days. If you're still worried the content is lacking, don't wait for perfect — contact us first, the brief can be refined together.

Is there a weekly timeline / progress report?

For the Profile + Blog and Custom tiers, we send a weekly progress update on WhatsApp every Friday afternoon — it includes WIP screenshots, a list of what was finished that week, and the targets for the week ahead. You also get access to a preview link updated in real time so you can monitor on your own anytime without having to ask. For the shorter Landing Page and Company Profile tiers, the format is milestone-based: you're automatically notified at the end of each phase (brief locked, design ready for review, development done, ready to launch). This is different from the many vendors who ghost mid-project until the client has to chase them down. If you need a specific report format (say, for reporting to a boss/investor), just request it during onboarding and we'll adapt.

Can it be sped up if it's urgent?

Yes, with a rush fee of +30% on top of the tier price. The Landing Page tier can be done in 48 hours (great if you're pitching to an investor tomorrow or have a last-minute event), Company Profile in 1 week, Profile + Blog in 2 weeks, and Custom case-by-case depending on scope. This rush fee isn't a way for us to charge extra — it's because the team has to work at high priority and sometimes pull weekend overtime. Important note: it depends on team availability at the time — if the pipeline is full, we'll honestly say we can't rush it and recommend a partner vendor. Tell us your deadline from first contact (not after the deposit) so we can confirm feasibility without setting you up for the wrong expectations. Message us now with your deadline info and we'll reply within 1-2 business hours.

// technical & stack

Technical & Stack

Can I edit my website myself?

It depends on the tier. Profile + Blog and Custom already include a CMS (usually Sanity or Payload) — you can edit text, swap images, and post blog articles from a user-friendly dashboard with no coding at all. We provide 30-60 minutes of training over Google Meet for your internal admin so they're comfortable managing it themselves. For the Landing Page and Company Profile tiers, the edit model goes through our team: just send the new text or photos on WhatsApp and we'll handle it free forever, with no limit on the number of requests. Most small-business owners (coffee shops, repair services, freelancers) actually prefer this model because they'd rather not bother opening a dashboard. Want to try it yourself first? We can demo the CMS during a consultation. Just message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to see it.

Is the website fast?

Yes, and we have a non-negotiable internal standard: a Lighthouse score of 90+ across every category (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO), and Core Web Vitals must pass Google's three core metrics — LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200ms, and CLS under 0.1. We test every website with PageSpeed Insights and WebPageTest before hand-over, plus we send a final PDF report as documentation. Compare that to generic WordPress sites that often get stuck at scores of 40-60 because of piled-up plugins. Fast performance isn't just about SEO ranking — it's about users not bouncing before the page loads. Want to check your website's score right now? Send the URL on WhatsApp and we'll audit it free.

Is it mobile-friendly?

It's mandatory, and not optional. We design every website mobile-first because 70-80% of small-business traffic in Indonesia comes from phones, not desktop. A preview of the mobile version is sent alongside the desktop version during the design phase so you can review how it looks on a small screen from the start, not as a surprise at the end. Before launch, we test manually on iPhone (Safari), Android (Chrome), and tablet, plus we simulate various screen sizes via Chrome DevTools. WhatsApp buttons, contact forms, and navigation are all optimized to be easy to tap with a thumb. Many other vendors design on desktop first then force-squeeze it onto mobile, and the result is a mess. If you'd like to see examples of our mobile-first portfolio, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll send a link.

Is there a dark mode?

It's there by default for every tier, from Landing Page to Custom. The theme toggle is persistent — meaning the user's preference is saved in the browser (via localStorage), so if a visitor comes back tomorrow, dark mode stays active without having to toggle again. We also detect the user's OS setting (prefers-color-scheme) as the initial default, for a seamless experience. But if your brand really isn't suited to dark mode — say your brand palette is bright pastels, or your target audience is a generation not used to dark mode (seniors, traditional segments) — this feature can be turned off on request at no extra cost. We usually raise this choice during the design brief phase. Want to see an example implementation? Visit this Webiti website — the toggle is in the corner of the navbar.

Is there SEO?

Yes, and we split it into three levels so you're clear on what you get. Basic SEO (title tag, meta description, Open Graph for social sharing, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, Organization & LocalBusiness schema markup) is included in every tier, including Landing Page. Full SEO setup (Google Search Console registration, GA4 setup, on-page optimization per page, basic keyword research of 10-20 keywords, heading & internal linking optimization) is included in the Profile + Blog and Custom tiers. Ongoing SEO (link building, regular content production of 4-8 articles per month, monthly technical audits) is a separate service with its own pricing because it requires long-term team commitment. Many vendors claim SEO is included but only deliver meta tags — we're transparent about the scope. Want an SEO audit of your existing website? Send the URL on WhatsApp.

Is hosting included?

Yes, first-year hosting is already included in every tier — no hidden fees popping up after launch. We use Vercel infrastructure by default: the free tier for small-to-medium scale (great for coffee shops, freelancers, small-business company profiles with under 100k monthly traffic), or a paid tier for clients with high traffic or who need enterprise features. Vercel delivers global edge performance with a CDN in 100+ locations worldwide, 99.99%+ uptime, and auto-scaling if there's a visitor surge. From year 2 onward, optional hosting renewal runs around IDR 300-500k per year depending on scale, or you're free to migrate to another provider (Niagahoster, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify) for free because the source code is yours. Want a hosting estimate for specific traffic? Message us on WhatsApp.

Who owns the source code?

100% yours after final payment, no drama and no hidden clauses. We hand over full access to a GitHub or GitLab repo (you become the owner, not a collaborator), or a complete ZIP file with setup documentation. You're free to switch to another developer, host it yourself on a private server, or even fork it for another project anytime without asking our permission. Many other vendors hold the source code hostage so clients are trapped in a monthly maintenance contract — that's a practice we hate and will never do. As a bonus, we help with free migration in the first 30 days after launch if you want to switch hosting or hand it over to an internal team. Want to see an example of the repo structure we hand over? Ask us on WhatsApp.

// domain & hosting

Domain & Hosting

I already have a domain — can I use it?

Absolutely, and this is a case we handle often. If you already have a domain at Niagahoster, Domainesia, GoDaddy, Rumahweb, or another registrar, there are two options: you give us temporary access to the registrar panel and we set up the DNS pointing (fastest — done in 30-60 minutes), or you update the DNS yourself following the step-by-step guide we send on WhatsApp with a screenshot for each step. For a domain that's already live with an existing website, we can also arrange a zero-downtime migration — the DNS switch is done during quiet hours (early morning or the weekend) so visitors aren't disrupted. If your business email is also active on that domain, we'll preserve the MX record settings. Send your domain name on WhatsApp and we'll check the DNS condition first, for free.

Is business email (you@domain.com) included?

It depends on the tier. For Landing Page and Company Profile, business email isn't included by default because we want to keep the price at 299k/499k — but it can be added on for a one-time IDR 500k setup fee using Zoho Mail's free tier (enough for 5 users with a 5GB quota per account). For Profile + Blog and Custom, 5 professional email accounts are included with full setup: anti-spam filtering, integrated calendar, webmail interface, and auto-forwarding if needed. If you need more than 5 accounts or want to migrate to Google Workspace (~IDR 90k/user/month) or Microsoft 365, we help set it up for free as part of onboarding. Business email matters for credibility — clients trust admin@coffeeshop.com more than coffeeshop123@gmail.com. Message us on WhatsApp for a setup recommendation that fits.

What's the difference between .com and .id?

Your domain extension choice affects positioning, price, and SEO. .com is more universal and a good fit if your target audience is mixed (local + international) or you want to keep options open for future expansion. .id is more local and sends a strong signal to Google that your business is Indonesia-focused — for Local SEO like searches for "coffee shop Madiun" or "tax consultant Surabaya", .id has a small but real advantage. Annual renewal prices differ quite a bit: .com is around IDR 150-225k (about 10-15 US dollars depending on the exchange rate), while .id is around IDR 250-300k because it's regulated by PANDI. If your business is purely local like a Jombang pesantren or an AC repair service in Madiun, we usually recommend .id. If you're unsure, we'll discuss it for free on WhatsApp while checking the availability of the domain you want.

What happens if I stop paying in year 2?

We're transparent about this process so you don't panic. The domain will expire and enter a grace period of about 30 days (for .com) or 40 days (for .id), during which you can still reactivate it without losing anything. After the grace period, the domain enters a redemption period for another 30 days with a higher reactivation fee (~IDR 800k), and only then is it released to the public and can be bought by someone else. We archive your hosting for 90 days in cold storage for free, so if within 3 months you want to reactivate, you just pay again and the website comes back to life. The source code stays 100% yours in the GitHub/GitLab repo — it can be revived on new hosting anytime. We send an auto-reminder on WhatsApp 30 days before expiry, so there are no surprises.

// maintenance & updates

Maintenance & Updates

What exactly does lifetime maintenance mean?

Lifetime maintenance means that as long as your website is hosted with us, we handle for free: text and photo updates anytime, fixing bugs that come up, 24/7 uptime monitoring, security patches for dependencies and frameworks, plus minor version updates to Next.js or plugins. You just send a request on WhatsApp with a screenshot or explanation and our team executes it at no extra cost. There's no limit on the number of requests per month — if you need updates every week, that's fine too. But work priority follows the tier: Profile + Blog and Custom get a response SLA within 4-8 business hours, while Landing Page and Company Profile get 24-48 business hours. Many other vendors charge a maintenance fee of IDR 200-500k per month for the same thing — we chose the lifetime model because we don't want clients burdened with a subscription. Try sending your first edit request on WhatsApp after launch.

If I need a new feature, is there a charge?

Yes — a new feature outside the original scope falls under new development and gets a separate quote because it requires coding, testing, and QA time. Examples of features that usually incur a charge: adding an online booking system, payment gateway integration (Midtrans/Xendit), building a member area with login, a custom admin dashboard, or WhatsApp Business API integration. The cost range depends on complexity, usually IDR 500k to IDR 5M per feature. But if all you want is a visual update like changing a section's color, rewriting a page's copy, swapping product photos, or adding a new testimonial — that still falls under free maintenance. We always provide a written quote over WhatsApp before starting so there are no surprises. Want to find out which category your feature idea falls into? Tell us about it on WhatsApp and we'll give an honest assessment within 1-2 hours.

What if my website goes down?

We have a layered response by tier. Landing Page and Company Profile: we use automated monitoring with a 5-minute check interval — if it goes down, the notification reaches the team immediately and a fix is guaranteed within 24 business hours (most are resolved in 2-4 hours). Profile + Blog and Custom: real-time monitoring with UptimeRobot plus an alert to the on-call team's WhatsApp, with a fix within 4 business hours at most. The Custom tier with the Maintenance Pro add-on: a formal 99.9% uptime SLA with penalty compensation if the target isn't met (pro-rated refund or a free month). The most common cause of downtime isn't on our end — it's usually an expired domain, or a third-party service you've integrated (form, payment) that's having issues. We investigate the root cause and give you a post-mortem report so it doesn't happen again. Want to set up custom monitoring? Message us on WhatsApp to discuss an SLA.

// for small businesses & beginners

For Small Businesses & Beginners

I'm just starting a business — do I need a website?

Honest answer: it depends on where your business is right now. If your business already has a name (offline or WhatsApp-based), the product is validated, and prospective customers are starting to look for you on Google or ask for a digital brochure — then yes, a website has become an urgent need because it acts as your 24/7 credibility player. But if you're still in the early phase of validating market fit and selling via Tokopedia, Shopee, or Instagram Shop is enough, you may not need to spend on a website yet. Many consultants push small businesses to build a website too early before the business is clear — we choose an honest assessment so you don't waste IDR 299k-499k prematurely. Also consider: if a local competitor already has a website and you don't, you'll likely lose out in Google search. Let's consult first on WhatsApp — we'll evaluate your specific case with no sales pressure.

I'm not tech-savvy — can I still order?

Absolutely, and this is actually the majority segment of our clients. Coffee-shop owners in Madiun, pesantren in Jombang, tax consultants already in their 50s, AC repair services — they focus on their core business, not technology, and still get a professional website without the technical headache. Just send four things over WhatsApp: photos of your products or services, a short business profile (1-2 paragraphs of your story), the contact details you want shown, and 2-3 reference websites you like. Our team takes care of the rest — from design and copywriting to launch. If you take the Profile + Blog or Custom tier with a CMS, we provide 30-60 minutes of training over Google Meet in plain language ("click the yellow box, then press save") plus a video tutorial you can replay anytime. Not being tech-savvy is no barrier. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you.

I only have a budget of 299k — what can I get?

With a budget of IDR 299k (the Landing Page tier), you get a professional 1-page landing page with 5-7 structured sections: a hero with a punchy headline and CTA, an about-the-business section, services or products with short descriptions, a photo gallery of 6-12 images, client testimonials (if you have any), and a contact section with a WhatsApp button stuck to the corner of the screen (sticky). It already includes a domain (.com or .id), first-year hosting, SSL, mobile responsive, basic SEO, and lifetime maintenance. It's a great fit for a coffee shop that wants to look professional on Google Maps, a designer/writer freelancer who needs a portfolio, local services like an AC repairman or caterer, or a tax consultant focused on conversion via WhatsApp. Not included: a blog, multi-page, payment integration, CMS. Want to see 3-5 examples of the Landing Page portfolio? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send a link.
