Terms & Conditions and their limits
What "unlimited revisions" and "lifetime maintenance" actually mean — written down by us first, before you discover it yourself mid-project.

The short version
This document explains the limits of promises shown on the site, including unlimited revisions and lifetime maintenance. It applies to projects whose proposal or written confirmation cites this page version. The parties' identities, scope, final price, applicable taxes, schedule, milestones, and any special SLA are recorded in the project proposal. If they differ, the written proposal approved for that project governs.
1. Scope: revisions versus new requests
Picture this: you've approved the design, then on day five a message lands: 'Could you add a booking page while you're at it?' But what you mean by a revision and what we count as new work are two different things — and staying quiet about that is exactly what wrecks a working relationship. A revision means refinement inside the agreed scope and design direction; we don't cap how many you get.
- Counts as a revision: colour changes, photo swaps, text and typo fixes, reordering sections, adjusting spacing, fixing how it looks on a particular screen, tweaking button copy.
- Counts as a change request: extra pages beyond the agreed number, features outside the scope (booking, member login, calculators, multi-language), changing design direction after the design was approved, rewriting content from scratch.
We quote every change request separately — you see the cost and the added time before we touch anything. Design approval is recorded in writing over WhatsApp, and that date is the reference point.
2. What "lifetime maintenance" means
Three things are covered at no extra cost: bug fixes in code we built, relevant security patches, and basic compatibility adjustments when browsers or platforms change. What isn't included: new features, content writing, redesigns, third-party service fees, and fixes for changes you or another developer made directly to the code. "Lifetime" follows the life of the site we built and ends if it is fully rebuilt outside Webiti or its domain/hosting is no longer active. Response and resolution times depend on impact, access, third-party services, and the work queue; a time-bound SLA applies only when written into the project proposal.
3. Timelines, and the part that depends on you
Delivery estimates start after the initial payment and complete materials arrive: logo, photos, text, domain access, and an authorised approver. For system projects, the schedule starts after the discovery document is approved. We ask for feedback at each stage within 3 working days. Late materials or approval extend the schedule by at least the same delay, and the work may be rescheduled into the current queue. Queue priority is only offered after capacity is confirmed in writing; when approved, the rush fee currently stated in the FAQ is an additional 30%. The project proposal still states the first-draft and final-completion targets.
4. Payment and cancellation
Website packages use a standard 50% payment before work begins and 50% before go-live. Custom or system project payments follow the milestones written in the proposal. A written cancellation request made within 14 calendar days after work starts and before the design direction is approved receives a 100% refund of the initial payment, except pre-approved third-party costs. After that window or after design approval, the refund is calculated pro rata for work not yet performed, less pre-approved third-party costs. If we discontinue the project, payment for work not performed is returned and paid work is handed over. We do not hold your data or access as leverage.
5. Ownership of data and source code
Once fully paid, the source code is 100% yours — including the right to modify it, move servers, or hand it to another developer without our permission. Before final payment, the access you get is limited to review and UAT in a staging environment. The domain and hosting accounts are registered in your own name and email; we hold access as operator, not owner, and that access is revoked any time you ask. Your operational data is entirely yours and can be exported to open formats — Excel, CSV, or a database dump. Open-source components inside the system remain subject to their own licences, and that's normal — it doesn't reduce your ownership of the code we wrote.
6. Data migration and reconciling the numbers
Migration is the riskiest part of a system project, so responsibility is separated clearly. You provide the source files and declare which version is authoritative — if three Excel files disagree, you decide which is correct; we do not guess. We transfer the data and issue a reconciliation report comparing old and new balances row by row until differences are zero or explained. You or your accountant must approve that report before go-live. Errors already present in the source data are carried over; we flag them but do not invent replacement figures. For cooperatives, we refer to Law No. 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives (opens in new tab) as amended and Ministry of Cooperatives Regulation No. 8 of 2023 (opens in new tab); project-specific compliance should still be confirmed with an authorised adviser.
7. Three months of support after go-live
System projects receive 3 months of bug-fix support from go-live. A bug is behaviour that does not match the agreed specification; a change request changes the specification itself. A calculation that differs from the formula in the scope is a bug fixed without charge, while replacing the formula is quoted separately. Reports use the project's contact channel. We acknowledge receipt within 5 working days; investigation and resolution targets are set after impact, access, and third-party dependencies are known. There is no automatic subscription after month three: further support only proceeds through an approved per-case quote or written retainer proposal.
8. Recurring costs and what's not included
Website packages include the domain, hosting, and SSL for the first year as stated in scope. From year two, the domain estimate is IDR 200–300k per year, hosting is IDR 300–500k per year, and the combined domain + hosting estimate is IDR 500–800k per year. The final amount is confirmed before expiry, and you may renew independently or move providers. There is no mandatory management fee unless agreed in writing. Payment gateway, WhatsApp Business API/SMS, email marketing, software licences, paid stock, commercial fonts, and infrastructure upgrades are excluded unless written into the proposal. Third-party accounts are registered in your name where practical so billing remains transparent.
9. Confidentiality and anonymised portfolio work
We treat your operational data, SOPs, pricing structure, and client list as confidential, including after the project ends. Personal-data handling refers to Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (opens in new tab). A standard NDA can be requested; special terms apply only when agreed in writing. Names, logos, identity-revealing screenshots, quotations, and project results are published only with written consent. Without evidence of consent, public material is labelled anonymised, composite, or illustrative according to its origin. You may refuse portfolio publication.
10. Liability limits and dispute resolution
We do not guarantee that third-party services are always available and are not responsible for disruption outside our reasonable control, deletion on your side, credentials shared with others, code changes by parties outside Webiti, or force majeure. This does not remove consumer rights or obligations that Indonesian law does not allow parties to exclude, including those under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (opens in new tab). We do not promise a universal uptime or repair time; any specific SLA must be written into the proposal. Disputes first go through written notice, which we acknowledge within 5 working days. Further procedure and applicable law follow the project proposal and Indonesian regulations.
11. Changes to this document
These terms may change as services evolve. The version that applies to your project is the one cited in the proposal or written confirmation when you approved it; later changes are not retroactive. Every update is marked with the last-updated date at the top of the page. If this page and the project proposal differ, the approved written proposal for that project governs. This version is effective from 23 July 2026.
