UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Before launch, your user team tries the app on staging with real scenarios. Bugs, UX ambiguities, and additional needs are noted and resolved.

Launch & Handover
Deployment to production, team training, and handover of technical documentation and repository access. Any included bug-fix period is limited to defects within the agreed scope and must be stated in the written proposal; optional maintenance is separate.
