You've maxed out Excel, you're tired of Google Sheets that constantly clash between teams, and foreign SaaS vendors are too expensive for your specific scenario. It's time for your own web app. We build a custom web application that runs your business process exactly as you need it — user logins with different roles, a dashboard with real-time data, automation of repetitive tasks, integrations with other tools (WA, email, payments, accounting), and business logic you define yourself. From IDR 10M, usually 6-12 weeks. Once live, you own a digital asset that grows alongside your business — not just a website standing passively.
// why this matters
Context & rationale.
Most businesses reach a point where generic tools (Excel, Trello, Google Sheets, or off-the-shelf SaaS) no longer fit how they work. The sales team loses track of follow-ups. The operations team enters data three times in different places. The owner works late consolidating reports manually. A custom web app is the answer when your workflow is too specific to be forced into tools built for everyone. The investment is indeed larger than a monthly SaaS subscription, but you instantly own a tool that fits your business exactly — with a fixed cost (not a subscription that rises every year) and data you 100% control. For startup founders, a custom web app often becomes the first MVP sold to customers — the product that ultimately decides whether your business idea sells or needs a pivot. We've helped clients build: an internal tool for a savings-and-loan cooperative, a contractor management dashboard, a clinic scheduling SaaS, a niche B2B marketplace, and many more we'd never find in any SaaS marketplace.

// our process
How we work.
01
Discovery & Scope Definition
An intensive 1-2 session workshop to map out the business process, user journey, and priority features. We split it into an MVP (must-have) and later iterations so you can launch sooner.
02
User Flow & Wireframe
Each role is mapped: what they see, what they can do, the flow from login to task completion. Low-fidelity wireframes are tested with prospective users before moving to visual design.
03
Sprint Build (2-weekly)
Development is split into 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint we demo progress to you over a video call. Feedback goes into the backlog and is prioritized for the next sprint.
04
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Before launch, your user team tries the app on staging with real scenarios. Bugs, UX ambiguities, and additional needs are noted and resolved.
05
Launch & Handover
Deployment to production, team training, handover of technical documentation and repository access. 3 months of free bug-fix support. You also get the option of monthly maintenance if needed.
// technical approach
How it works under the hood.
A web app differs from a regular website: it has to hold up when used by dozens of users at once and stay responsive. Our approach: modular architecture from day one. The frontend and backend are separated with a clear API, so if you later need an installable mobile app, we simply reuse the same API. The database is designed with proper indexes and relations — not just dumped into a Google Sheet. Heavy operations (reports, exports, batch updates) are moved to background jobs so they don't block other users. Authentication uses industry standards (secure sessions or JWT) with proper password hashing. For scenarios that need real-time — chat, notifications, status updates — we use websockets or server-sent events. Every deployment goes through a pipeline that automatically runs tests before merging to production, so the chance of regression bugs is minimal. We also set up error monitoring (Sentry or equivalent) so bugs surfacing on the user side are known to us immediately, rather than waiting for you to report them.
// perfect for
Ideal if you...
- Startup founders who need an MVP for market validation
- Mid-sized businesses with a unique workflow not served by off-the-shelf SaaS
- Internal teams looking to replace Excel/Sheets for daily operations
- Consultants/agencies wanting to build a niche SaaS product for similar clients
- Cooperatives, foundations, or institutions needing a member/transaction management system
// not a fit for
Maybe not you if...
- ×Businesses that only need an informational website — use a company profile
- ×Those needing standard e-commerce transactions — an online store is more efficient
- ×Those without the capacity to manage/scale internal tools
// real example
KoperKita — A Web App for a Factory Workers' Cooperative
A textile-factory workers' cooperative in Karanganyar with 1,800 members used to manage their savings-and-loan operations with 3 separate Excel files and a manual cashier. Closing the books at month-end took 6 working days. We built a web app with member logins, a savings module (principal/mandatory/voluntary), loan applications with tiered approval, automatic interest calculation, and a board dashboard with real-time reports. Members can check their balance and apply for a loan from their phone, the board approves via the dashboard, and month-end book-closing became a 4-hour process.
outcome
Book-closing from 6 days to 4 hours, loan applications up 78%, member satisfaction up significantly
