Brief & Discovery

We understand your business before opening the editor. No technical work begins until we agree on the goals & direction.

  • Competitor & market research for your business to set a realistic benchmark
  • Detailed proposal: scope, tier, final price, and a firm timeline

Design & Iteration

⏰ 3–10 business days (depending on tier)

Visual mockups first, before any code is written. You approve the direction, then we move on to development.

  • Homepage mockup (1 initial version) within 3–5 business days
  • Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied (2–3 rounds on average)
  • Once the homepage is approved, we design the other pages consistently
  • Mobile preview and dark-mode preview delivered alongside the design
  • Final design approval before coding begins

A Figma file / interactive preview that you've approved as the final blueprint.

Build & QA

⏰ 5–20 business days (depending on tier)

Clean code, thorough testing. Not just barely working — performance, mobile, and basic SEO by default.

  • Develop according to the final design, no deviation without discussion
  • A staging URL is provided after 50% progress for a live preview
  • Internal QA: cross-browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Edge), mobile devices
  • Performance check: Core Web Vitals must pass (LCP, CLS, INP)
  • Accessibility: alt text, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation
  • Basic SEO: title, meta, OG, sitemap, robots, schema markup

A fully-functional website on a staging URL, ready for the client to review before go-live.

Launch & Aftercare

⏰ 1–2 business days to go live, then for a lifetime

Final payment, deploy to production, stable monitoring. Then lifetime aftercare with no drama.

  • Final 50% payment after the final review
  • DNS pointing, SSL provisioning, deploy to production
  • Submit the sitemap to Google Search Console + Bing
  • Verify the schema markup is detected by Google
  • Short training (Pro & Custom): how to update content via the CMS
  • Documentation handover: credentials, repo access, maintenance guide

Questions about the process

What do I need to provide at the start?

Ideal: a logo (if you have one; if not, we'll help design it), product/service photos (phone photos are fine), a short business profile, and references to websites you like. If you don't have these, we'll help gather & guide you.

How many design revisions do I get?

Unlimited during the design phase (step 2). On average, clients revise 2–3 rounds and it's final. What matters is specific feedback — not 'it's not appealing' but 'the header is too cramped, I want more breathing room'.

How does communication work during the project?

Main channel: WhatsApp. One PIC from our team consistently replies to your chats. For large files / documentation, we use a shared Google Drive folder. We confirm every important decision in writing on WhatsApp.

What if I want to change the scope midway?

You can, but it will affect the timeline & price. For example: you initially order the Business tier, then midway you need e-commerce features — we discuss upgrading to the Custom tier with a transparent cost delta. No surprise charges.

What happens after launch?

Free lifetime maintenance: text updates, photo swaps, bug fixes, uptime monitoring. Just send the text/file on WhatsApp and we execute it. What's optional and paid: ongoing SEO, ads management, or new feature development outside the original scope.
