// process · 4 transparent steps

From brief to launch.
No drama

A 4-step process with a clear output at every stage, so you know where the project is and what to prepare.

01

[ step 01 ]

Brief & Discovery

Before the project timeline starts

We understand your business before opening the editor. No technical work begins until we agree on the goals & direction.

// activities

  • Free consultation on WhatsApp — tell us about your business, goals, and references
  • We send a simple brief template to complete the requirements
  • Competitor or market research when relevant to the scope
  • Detailed proposal: scope, tier, final price, first-draft target, and final target
  • Brief sign-off + 50% deposit before we start execution

output of this step

A scope document signed by both parties, with clear time estimates & deliverables.

02

[ step 02 ]

Design & Iteration

Follows the tier / proposal's first-draft target

Visual mockups first, before any code is written. You approve the direction, then we move on to development.

// activities

  • The initial design preview follows the tier or written proposal target
  • Design-phase revisions within the agreed scope and direction
  • Once the homepage is approved, we design the other pages consistently
  • Mobile preview provided according to the design scope
  • Final design approval before coding begins

output of this step

A design preview you have approved as the implementation reference.

03

[ step 03 ]

Build & QA

Follows the proposal's final-completion target

Implementation and QA follow the approved design and written scope, including performance and responsive-layout checks.

// activities

  • Develop according to the final design, no deviation without discussion
  • A staging URL is provided at the agreed review checkpoint
  • QA on browsers and devices relevant to the scope
  • Performance checks without a universal score guarantee
  • Basic accessibility checks according to the scope
  • Basic SEO setup, sitemap, or schema only when included in the tier / proposal

output of this step

A fully-functional website on a staging URL, ready for the client to review before go-live.

04

[ step 04 ]

Launch & Aftercare

Go-live timing is confirmed after final approval

Final payment, production deployment, launch checks, then maintenance under the Terms & Conditions.

// activities

  • Final 50% payment after the final review
  • DNS pointing, SSL provisioning, deploy to production
  • Submit the sitemap to Google Search Console or Bing when included in scope
  • Verify schema markup when schema is included in scope
  • CMS training for Profile + Blog, or Custom when a CMS is written into scope
  • Documentation handover: credentials, repo access, maintenance guide

output of this step

Your website live on your domain, access handed over after final payment, and a WhatsApp channel for maintenance requests.

Questions about the process

What do I need to provide at the start?

Ideally: a logo, product/service photos, a short business profile, and references to websites you like. We help guide the materials checklist; creating a new logo, photos, or content is confirmed as separate scope when needed.

How many design revisions do I get?

Revisions are not capped during the design phase while they remain within the agreed scope and design direction. Extra pages, features, content rewrites, or a new design direction are change requests and are quoted before work begins.

How does communication work during the project?

Main channel: WhatsApp. One PIC from our team consistently replies to your chats. For large files / documentation, we use a shared Google Drive folder. We confirm every important decision in writing on WhatsApp.

What if I want to change the scope midway?

You can, but it affects the schedule and price. Extra pages or features become change requests quoted before work begins. One Custom / Add-on starts at IDR 1M, while a full online store starts at IDR 5M and a web app at IDR 10M.

What happens after launch?

Maintenance under the terms covers bugs in code we built, relevant security patches, and basic compatibility while the site remains active. Text/photo updates, monitoring, new features, ongoing SEO, and ad management are outside the coverage unless agreed in writing.
